- At the Executive Retreat, reviewed the existing Strategic Plan for the next 3 to 5 years and updated the Operational Plans for this upcoming year.

- Completed an Annual Accomplishments Report at the request of the membership.

- Brevard County representatives traveled with TC3 representatives to Tallahassee on several occasions this year.
- Hosted a successful Legislative Summit and Breakfast (note: legislative report out is separate).
- Coordinated multiple trips to Tallahassee to advocate on behalf of the issues put forward in the Legislative Red Book.
- Legislative Summit and Breakfast were budget neutral due to donations and sponsorships from the Community.
- Successfully recruited a chair to the Marketing and Membership Committee that had this experience and background—please Welcome Christina Kaiser from United For Families to this role!
- Trend Analysis completed on the Where to Turn Directory along with a Cost/Benefit Analysis.
- Designed new TC3 website; all of the Legislative Summit Registration and Information Sheets will be electronic this year. This website will also allow TC3 to do Legislative Action Alerts once completed.
