A brief and paraphrased synopsis of legislation that directly affects TCCC membership is included on the House site. Keep in mind that all legislation has an indirect effect on all citizens.
There are several bills that greatly affect Child Welfare concerns, health insurance coverage, care for the elderly, and regulations that affect nursing homes, services for the differently abled, and Medicaid.
